Returns Policy (14 Days)

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made on energyunleashed.com.au (“Energy Unleashed”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1) 14-Day Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unopened, unused, and sealed

  • in original packaging

  • in resaleable condition

To start a return, you must contact us within the 14-day window with your order number.

Change of mind returns are not accepted after 14 days.

2) Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item(s) and the outer packaging

If confirmed, we’ll provide (as applicable):

  • a replacement

  • a refund, or

  • another remedy required under ACL

3) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4) Items Not Eligible For Return

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • opened products

  • products with broken seals

  • products that have been used

This does not limit your rights under ACL if a product is faulty or not as described.

5) How To Request A Return

To request a return, contact us via the Contact page on our website and include:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • photos (if damaged/incorrect)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

6) Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (incorrect item) or a product issue covered under ACL, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where possible.

  • For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7) Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider (typically 2–10 business days after approval).

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
