This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on energyunleashed.com.au (“Energy Unleashed”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide to residential and business addresses.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, eligible destinations and rates will appear at checkout.
2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or South Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak periods (promotions, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
“Dispatch” means your parcel has been handed to the carrier and tracking has been created.
3) Shipping Options & Pricing (AUD)
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your selected option:

Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD

Express Shipping: $11.95 AUD

Free Standard Shipping: on orders $89+ AUD

Free Express Shipping: on orders $169+ AUD

4) Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times begin after dispatch (not after purchase). Estimates vary by location and carrier network conditions:
Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
5) Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Authority To Leave & Signature
Some deliveries may be eligible for Authority to Leave (safe drop) depending on the carrier and the delivery address.
If Authority to Leave is selected by you or applied by the carrier where permitted, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it is marked delivered.
If you need signature on delivery, select it at checkout if available (or contact us immediately after ordering and we’ll advise what’s possible).
7) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempt:

We can resend it once it returns to us (additional shipping fees may apply), or

We can refund the order minus original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier (where applicable).
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
8) Delays & Missing Parcels
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak periods, or operational disruptions.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:

Check around your property and any safe-drop locations

Check with neighbours/building management

Contact the carrier using your tracking number

Contact us so we can help investigate
If a parcel appears lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Outcomes may include a replacement or refund depending on the carrier investigation result.
9) Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
